Technical details as per trade me listing:

This is a great lined and plumbed/wired sleepout in good condition which is needing to make way for a double garage we are building on the same site at our home in Parua Bay. 

Dimensions: 
External - 5750mm long x 3350mm wide, height 2400mm up to 3100mm (rooftop to bottom plate) 
Bedroom (internal measure) - 3100mm x 3100mm, height 2200mm up to 2850mm 
Casement doors - 1920mm x 1185mm 

Was originally a shed of 3.2 x 3.2m which was converted in 2011 to the current layout of a bedroom, enclosed toilet/basin, and storage area, with a small overhanging roofline on one side. The work was all done to code by qualified tradesmen, with supporting documentation available. Exterior cladding is zincalume corrugate, interior is all ply. Light fittings and powerpoints in all areas. Good quality aluminium joinery for the entry doors and a big bi-fold window in the storage area. Building removal will be slightly complicated by the original half of the building being on a concrete base (dynabolts holding bottom plate to this), and the newer half being on timber subfloor/bearers/piles - truck & hiab access to the site from the road is straightforward - buyer to coordinate removal process.
